Mr. Conrad is a professional and pleasant person to deal with. He saved a refrigerator/freezer that is about 22 years old and kept us apprised of any and all repairs that needed to be made. He stayed in contact with us through the entire repair process, which took about a week (waiting for parts). Mr. Conrad will be first on our list to call if there is another appliance needing evaluation or repair.
